Általános szerződési feltételek

Jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételek szabályozzák a Szolgáltató szálláshelyeinek és szolgáltatásainak igénybevételét. A speciális, egyedi feltételek nem képezik részét az ÁSZF-nek, de nem zárják ki külön megállapodások megkötését közvetítőkkel vagy szervezőkkel.

1. Szerződő felek

• A Szolgáltató által nyújtott szolgáltatásokat a Vendég veszi igénybe.
• Amennyiben a megrendelést a Vendég közvetlenül adja le, úgy a Vendég a Szerződő fél.
• A Szolgáltató és a Vendég a feltételek teljesülése esetén szerződéses felekké (továbbiakban: Felek) válnak.
• Ha a megrendelést harmadik személy (Közvetítő) adja le, az együttműködés feltételeit a Szolgáltató és a Közvetítő közötti szerződés szabályozza.

2. A Szerződés létrejötte, a foglalás módja és módosítása

• A Vendég ajánlatkérésére a Szolgáltató ajánlatot küld.
• Amennyiben 72 órán belül nem érkezik konkrét rendelés, a Szolgáltató ajánlati kötöttsége megszűnik.
• A Szerződés a foglalás írásban megküldött visszaigazolásával jön létre, és írásban megkötött Szerződésnek minősül.
• A szállás-szolgáltatásszállásszolgáltatáshatározott időtartamra szól.
• Amennyiben a Vendég a határidő lejárta előtt elhagyja a szállást, a Szolgáltató jogosult a szolgáltatás teljes ellenértékére.
• A szállás igénybevételének meghosszabbításához a Szolgáltató előzetes hozzájárulása szükséges.
• A Szerződés módosításához a Felek által aláírt írásbeli megállapodás szükséges.

3. Lemondási feltételek

• A foglalást 30 nappal az érkezési dátum előtt a Vendég szabadon lemondhatja vagy módosíthatja.
• Amennyiben az érkezési napot megelőző 29 napon belül kerül lemondásra a foglalás, a teljes szállásdíj 30%-a nem kerül visszafizetésre.
• Amennyiben a Vendég az érkezés napján nem jelenik meg, a befizetett szállásdíj teljes összege nem kerül visszafizetésre.

4. Bejelentkezés és kijelentkezés

• A szálláshely az érkezés napján 15:00 órától az elutazás napján 10:00 óráig áll rendelkezésre.
• Érkezéskor a Vendég köteles átadni személyes dokumentumait (útlevél vagy személyi igazolvány, lakcímkártya) adatfelvétel céljából.
• A Szolgáltató a Vendég adatait kizárólag a kötelezettségek teljesítéséhez használja fel.

5. Fizetési feltételek

• A Vendég a szálláshelyet csak a teljes részvételi díjszállásdíj kifizetése után foglalhatja el.
• A foglalás megerősítéséhez a Szolgáltató a teljes foglalási díj megfizetését kéri.
• Online fizetés: A bankkártyás fizetés a SimplePay rendszerén keresztül történik. A Vendég elfogadja, hogy személyes adatai átadásra kerüljenek a SimplePay Zrt., mint adatkezelő részére.

6. A szálláshely használata és felelősség

• A Vendég köteles a berendezési tárgyakat rendeltetésszerűen használni, azokat a házból kivinni tilos.
• Bármilyen meghibásodást azonnal jelezni kell a Szolgáltatónak.
• A szállás területén okozott kárt a károkozó köteles megtéríteni.
• A dohányzás és a nyílt láng használata a vendégházon belül szigorúan TILOS.
• Dohányozni kizárólag a kijelölt helyeken (teraszokon) szabad.
• Állatot a szálláshelyre behozni tilos.

7. Adatvédelem és Titoktartástitoktartás

• A Szolgáltató köteles a személyes adatok védelméről szóló jogszabályoknak megfelelően eljárni.
• A Vendég be- és kilépésekor videofelvétel készülhet biztonsági célból, melyet a Szolgáltató 10 nap után megsemmisít.

8. Vegyes rendelkezések

• A Szolgáltató és a Szerződő fél közötti jogviszonyra a magyar Polgári Törvénykönyv rendelkezései az irányadóak.
• Bármely jogvita lefolytatására a szolgáltatás helye szerint illetékes bíróság az illetékes.
• A szállás igénybevételével a Vendég a Házirendet is elfogadja.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Provider's accommodation and services. Special, individual terms do not form part of the GTC but do not exclude the possibility of separate agreements with intermediaries or organizers.

1. Contracting Parties

The services provided by the Provider are used by the Guest. If the Guest places the order directly, the Guest is the Contracting Party. The Provider and the Guest become contractual parties (hereinafter: Parties) upon fulfillment of the conditions. If the order is placed by a third party (Intermediary), the terms of cooperation are governed by the contract between the Provider and the Intermediary.

2. Conclusion of the Contract, Booking Method, and Modification

The Provider sends an offer in response to the Guest's inquiry. If no specific order is received within 72 hours, the Provider's obligation to the offer expires. The Contract is concluded upon the written confirmation of the booking and is considered a written Contract. The accommodation service is for a fixed term. If the Guest leaves the accommodation before the end of the fixed term, the Provider is entitled to the full consideration for the service. Prior consent from the Provider is required to extend the stay. Modification of the Contract requires a written agreement signed by both Parties.

3. Cancellation Policy

The Guest may freely cancel or modify the booking up to 30 days before the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled within 29 days prior to the arrival date, 30% of the total accommodation fee (the deposit) will not be refunded. If the Guest fails to appear on the day of arrival (No-show), the full amount of the paid accommodation fee will not be refunded.

4. Check-in and Check-out

The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM (15:00) on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Upon arrival, the Guest is required to provide personal documents (passport or ID card, and address card where applicable) for data recording purposes. The Provider uses the Guest's data exclusively for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

5. Payment Terms

The Guest may only occupy the accommodation after the full payment of the accommodation fee. To confirm the booking, the Provider requires the payment of the total booking fee. Online Payment: Credit card payments are processed through the SimplePay system. The Guest acknowledges that their personal data will be transferred to SimplePay Zrt. as a data controller.

6. Use of Accommodation and Liability

The Guest is obliged to use the furnishings for their intended purpose; it is forbidden to remove them from the house. Any malfunctions or damage must be reported to the Provider immediately. The person responsible for the damage is obliged to compensate for any damage caused within the premises. Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly PROHIBITED inside the guesthouse. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (terraces). Pets are not allowed on the premises.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

The Provider is obliged to act in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR). For security purposes, video recordings may be made at the entrance and exit of the Guest, which the Provider will destroy after 10 days.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions

The legal relationship between the Provider and the Contracting Party is governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code. In the event of a legal dispute, the court competent for the location of the service shall have jurisdiction. By using the accommodation, the Guest also accepts the House Rules.
